A Gorham, Maine, teenagerhas been charged with arson for allegedly setting fire to a vacant building that serves as a popular hangout for skateboarders.
According to the state fire marshal’s office, 19-year-old Brandon Davis was arrested Wednesday at his home, where he lives with his mother.
