The Federal Aviation Administration says a single engine Pilatus PC-12 aircraft has crashed through fencing at Sikorsky Airport.
FAA spokesman Jim Peters says the single-engine turboprop plane had 7 people on board, including two crew people, when it landed just before 8 a.m. Friday.
Peters says the plane landed long, meaning it ran out of runway and smashed through fencing.
There’s no report of injuries.
Peters says the plane is registered to Difly Inc. of Portsmouth, N.H.
The airport is located in Stratford, but is owned by the City of Bridgeport and fire units from both communities responded.
