A Milford, Connecticut factory has been destroyed by a fire, leaving some 100 people without jobs.
The four-alarm blaze Tuesday has leveled the Milford Fabricating Co. on Erna Avenue.
The family owned business in Milford has been in operation since 1947.
Milford Fabricating has been providing sheet metal fabrication and welding services for area manufacturers, serving the medical, aerospace, electronics and transportation industries.
