    This is so typical of mindless people who will sue you for anything. I can hear the conversation between the two geniuses in the car. ” Let’s see now Martha, it’s been raining like hell for the past two weeks and everthing around here is flooded. Oh, look, there’s a bridge ahead and the river is pouring over it. Not a problem, we can drive through it.”

    No, I wasn’t there and no, I’m not psychic. But after investigating and handling liability claims for 35 years I have enough common sense to connect the dots. Why does a bridge “wash out”? Because the water lever rises above it. Even if the water level had subsided, anybody exercising an ounce of caution should have seen the bridge was missing. Don’t be so pollyanish my friend.
