    AP articles are usually written in what’s called a triangle style. That is, they start by painting the story in broad strokes and get into the detail later. This is so a newspaper or other publication can cut off the article at the end of any paragraph and still have a comprehensible, if not complete, story.

    I bet the original AP article was twice as long as what IJ published.

    That’s sad that she had to loose all four limbs just because they didn’t do any blood work. I hate to see what else they let slide.
