1) since when does an ambulance worker deem it neccessary to hospitalize anyone? it is not their decision. they are not a doctor. their job is transportation.
2) kidney stone can be verified with a x-ray. obviously, they did not do enough to find the problem.
3) are they sure about the quad amputation? it sounded like a radical thing to remove all 4 limbs. should this have been caught during the supposed kidney stones? if that deadly a bacteria, i think it should have been found.
It’s a horrible situation but I would think that this will get settled out of court b/c I don’t see how the hospital has a case to defend against their actions. Then again we are only getting one side of this story…

then why print it at all, afterall, is says not to be rewritten or redistributed. so if you have the article, why not research the information and write a new article. if you look at several different newspapers, how many same articles are there and rewritten based on new information or old ones! you could probably still ask permission.
