Okay so he wants to earn a living doing nothing so that he can spend it on body building competitions. I see everything that is wrong with that because we the people are paying him to not work. I can see if he was running into burning houses but he had a desk job. He should have never been awarded disability to begin with. Since when did a fire extinguisher tag hurt a persons back. He was milking the system from the begining and now he’s just upset because he can’t pay cal-i-for-nai to show him how to lift so called 30 lb weights. Since when did you need help with that. Come to the gym with me and I’ll show you for half the price since you aren’t getting paid anymore.
I have done plenty bodybuilding over the past 20 years. Nothing competitive, but for my own personal physique. There is no way you can develop a decent set of pectorals lifting only 30 lbs, no matter how many times you do it. This isn’t body-sculpting or fitness. To have pecs worthy of showing off, you need to do more than dumb-bell presses and flys.
I support AZAZ on this one. Mr. Obvious you don’t know what your talking about. Please don’t post another message telling us how much you can bench. Your a fool. You don’t know Bodybuilding…Sven knows bodybuilding.
If you need a trainer, look me up. You obviously don’t know what your talking about.
AZAZ and Sven, you both are complete idiots. There is no way in hell you can build any significant amount muscle on just 30 lbs and consider yourself a bodybuilder. The only time I can see where 30 lbs will help you is when you are cutting up, not when you are trying to build muscle. For a guy like me, using 30 lb dumbbells will likely help me build some muscle but not enough to help with a competition. Not to mention, he did the competition the same month that he supposedly hurt his back. Unless he is on steroids or miraculously recovered from his injury, there is no way he would have been able to compete, the pain would have been too “extreme”.

You don’t call Mr. Sven girly man. Sven is not a girly man.
How do you expect him to continue to pursue his deam of bodybuilding if he can’t get paid from his disability?
You guys just don’t understand. You need to talk to Sven and Sven will help pump all of you up.
Don’t be mad at fire fighters. Be mad at the adjuster who awarded him disability benefits. That guy is to blame. Leave Mr. Sven’s clients alone.
