Al Franken is campaigning on, among may liberal ideals, increased payments for worker’s compensation claimants but he can’t even carry work comp for his own employees.

I guess if we wait a little longer, Hilary Care will help him and his employees out…

Sorry to interject fact into your baseless arguement, but we only “steal” less than 10% of our oil from the middle east. Our biggest supplieres of oil (or to help you understand in LIBERAL terms, stollen oil) is from Canada, Mexico and South America.

Lets talk embezzalment, William Jefferson, Democrat, LA caught with $90K of kickbacks, caught on tape by an FBI investigation, in his freezer.

That is the reality I live in.

Thanks for the props, Mary B. ~smiles~

Too bad everyone isn’t having as good of a day.

I hope all of you will take just a moment to do some deep breathing and think about what matters on a smaller scale. What great thing did your kid accomplish today? When was the last time you called your dad and had a laugh? Have you checked the fluids in your car engine lately? What kind of leads were you able to get this week?

Political discussions are always lively, that’s for sure. I just wish they weren’t so often unnecessarily hateful. A passion for one’s own point of view is appreciated, but in some cases, it goes beyond reasonable.

Anyone remember Al Franken’s SNL character Stewart Smalley? He’s good enough, he’s smart enough and doggone it, people like him. Can I get a big cheesy grin? Just one? Please? =)
