This make NO sense, clearly – this guy has nothing else to do! Sad to say, I agree with most of the other postings…I think it is time to move out and away from the great Garden State! After 30+ years, enough already, this is insult to injury – one of many things that NJ residents are left to endure.
This is the same fool that last May sponsored a bill “calling on Rutgers University to redesign the scarlet letter “R” used by its sports teams to more closely link the school with New Jersey” Thank God we have Assemblyman Diegnan to keep us focused on nj’s critical issues!
If they made the card smaller, he’d complain because they were unreadable for the elderly. And isn’t NJ lucky that there are no more pressing issues to be addressed? Love that costs aren’t to be passed on to the consumer even though the insurers are following the law and it would be the law requiring the change. I agree, when I lived in NJ, I just put it in a plastic baggy in my glove compartment.
The process to get an ID card approved by the state is hard enough the way it is. I can only imagine the timeline on approvals when all carriers have to re-file what has already been approved…
I even pointed my dismay towards the dreaded insurance company and yet you people make fun of my work. I’m proud to be the one to point out this atrocity to my constituents. Please constrain yourselves to commenting on your own expertise and stay out of mine. A little respect folks! Patrock Diegnan

This is the same guy that sponsored a bill to designate the Jersey Tomato as the state vegtable.
Yup… he likes to tackle the tough issues!

Because I’m unable to resist such a great opening:
Perhaps you can find another assemblyman to designate Diegnan as the state vegetable…

Oh why, oh why do I live in this state? Must be because it is the Garden of “Eden” State!!
He’s not a Moron, he’s an idiot. The tomato is fruit not a vegetable.
He has way too much time on his hands if that’s the only thing he has to worry about.
