    Should the white employees file a discrimination suit if they were not included in the derogatory name calling & sexual harassment groping? Seems like the manager (terminated for 2 years) had a thing for talking dirty to only dark raced nationalities….

    Who knows? Maybe all the employees can get in on the suit & see just how deep the pockets are!

    Hey now…. Do only black females make these charges against their male managers? If so, I sure that these charges have merit. Not for my sake, but for any black female who face this type of harassment. Otherwise, no one would believe them. Actual sexual harassment in the workplace is a terrible thing, regardless of whether it is white-on-black, vice versa, male-to-female, and yes… female on male (if I should be so lucky).

    It was meant to be a sarcastic post not prejudiced… lol just to see if we can include all the employees so all could get a piece of that pie!

    Not all blacks, whites, hispanics, germans, russians, asians, and all the other nationalities that make up our beautiful nation are being represented here & I thought why not make it democratic with the hand outs from this employer….

    Never said that. Do you not know how to read and comprehend. My statement simply stated you obviously do not know anything about insurance and/or claims thus your ignorant posts and them bearing no weight. Now for those of us that have been in the insurance industry and/or claims for years have do have better thoughts and/or opinions about this (and other) subjects based upon our experiences. It doesn’t mean that we are right just more experienced and better educated about the subject. I enjoyed your pity party though.

    My wife (caucasion) worked as a server in a resteraunt several years ago early in our marriage to help make ends meet. She was sexually harrassed alot over a period of several months by her manager who happened to be a minority. I was a student working a part time job in those days and we needed her job to make ends meet. She didn’t tell me about the harrassment until long after because she knew we needed the job and I would have made her quit the job. She felt trapped because she didn’t want to rock the boat and risk losing her job, so she endured the treatment for several months until she was able to find a different (much better) job. I guess I have 2 points here. 1 – she felt trapped and endured this treatment and didn’t report it. 2 – This was a reverse situation where it was a minority harrassing a caucasion worker. This stuff does happen, and more often than not never sees the light of day.

    It should not make a differnce what race any of the parties is. Sexual Harassment is wrong and actionable.
