A New hampshire man was convicted this week of setting three fires in different apartment buildings in the city.
David Connor was found guilty by a jury in Hillsborough County Superior Court. The crimes took place on Aug. 19, 2004, early in the morning.
During one investigation, fire inspectors learned that the fire originated from inside a closet where a pickle jar was on a shelf. The jar had Connor’s fingerprint.
At another apartment building, tenants and fire officials said they saw Connor trying to get past them into the building. Another witness saw Connor stealing rags out of a car and head to a building, then heard breaking glass.
Connor’s sentencing has not been scheduled yet.
