First of all I don\’t know whot this guy is responding with my name. My original post meant that value Fox News stories are generally garbage. It is the New York Post of News Channels. However, if you can take it for what its worth it can be entertaining. Not impuning the US at all. I\’m saying its very American and I love it.

I agree, Fox News is American. As is NPR, and somewhere between the two lies the truth!

Regarding the exclusive remedy question, I think the answer may be that the defendants are both the building owner and Fox. If the building owner were liable for employee injuries they would be able to implead the employer – Fox News. The liability to the employer would therefore be indirect and not barred by the WC exclusive remedy rule.

    Only speculation of course.

If NPR is Democrat, than Fox News is Republican…with a former Republican Media Consultant at the helm.

So? Fox presents almost as many \”Liberals\” commenting on issues as NPR does, only NPR presents itself as unbiased. It is nothing more than an arm of the Democrat Party and the sooner it is defunded by the government the better. It is nothing but musty, empty socialist rhetoric. Free nations do not need state-runh media.

You mean fair and balanced Fox News? If by Liberals, you mean that wimp Alan Colmes, that\’s pretty funny…that obnoxious mouth-piece for the right wing, Sean Hannity, doesn\’t let him get in a sentence anyway.

\”If by Liberals, you mean that wimp Alan Colmes, that\’s pretty funny\”

What are you saying, that \”wimp\” and \”Liberal\” are synonyns? Not that I disagree, I just wonder if that\’s what you meant.
