Marshall and Swift / Boeckh (MS/B), a provider of building cost data and estimating technology to the property insurance industry, announced the appointment of Irene Stearn as director of Customer Contact Programs. Stearn will be responsible for overall operations for MS/B’s Tele-Estimating Service, Field Survey, and Book of Business Management programs.
Stearn joins MS/B with more than 20 years of experience in managing all
aspects of operations for customer service, loss prevention, department re-engineering, and inside sales. Prior to joining MS/B, she was a private consultant for the telecommunications industry.
Stearn will be located at MS/B’s Lawrenceville, New Jersey office.
