New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch announced that New Hampshire has established a 24-hour hotline for flood victims to obtain assistance and information on aid programs. The number is 1-800-852-3792.
Callers will be able to obtain information on obtaining immediate aid, such as food, shelter and clothing. They will also be able to get answers to questions about applying for state assistance, such as food stamps, and make additional referrals.
Callers will also be able to report damage to homes and businesses.
