    you raise some good points on the reporting timeframe.

    being simpleminded I always think about the fact that if this were a family member of the adjuster or a relative of a higher ranking St Travelers employee this probably does not happen. However since it’s just a customer it does.

    This is the same rocket scientist adjuster, supervisor and managment team that will deny Katrina claims for late reporting and then say they had to due to statutory and policy requirements.

    This, of course, will be offset by some feel good commercial made showing how the employees pitched in their coffee money to help out the Katrina victims.
