PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. A concept this country needs to re-familiarize itself with. This woman made the decision to get drunk out of her mind and compromised her ability to protect herself. That’s solely her problem. Not the sorority. Not the University. One doesn’t fall out of a bunk bed through a window. Those are two distinct actions. Window guards are for small children, not young adults. Sad case but not worthy of settlement.
