The only reason I’d even consider going to Santa Ana would be a summons for jury duty. That being said I don’t know of a single person in Orange County who isn’t aware of the increase of pedestrian traffic from the growth of the immigrant population.In California, every intersection is a crosswalk, marked or not. The pedestrian always has the right of way. I hope the family is OK.
