    Same with Drive-Up ATM’s! When are we finially going to provide 100% total equal treatment to all persons, regardless of their abilities, ethnicinity, legality and inability to freakin see a computer screen because they’re freakin’ BLIND!

    This is absurd. How many total complaints have been registered for this. There are certain physical limitations that cannot be compensated for with technology. I doubt there’s any reasonably priced software to allow the blind to select a seat. Furthermore, it’s not just software. Keypads would have to be re-designed and replace. Have you ever seen a blind person in so much of hurry in a crowded airport that they need a kiosk? What if they hit a wrong key? More cost/expense/delay.
