Actually, if the article was written better, it would have stated that most of the gang activity taking place in our society are illegal aliens, mainly Hispanic, that are the source of the problem. If the govnerment was at all serious about this [instead of publishing hints on how mothers can spot if their child is gang-involved; come on.], they would pull our troops out of Germany, Japan, S.Korea, Guam, as well as Iraq, and deploy them along our borders. But that makes too much sense, now doesn’t it?
