Does the IJ need to take articles filed by the Trial Lawyers Association? Another example of a completely slanted article with no journalistic response. Balance and fair?
No that would be “American Justice Association Mouthpiece”. Surprised to see such a completely BS article on here. So I suppose guys with only one eye bump into walls all the time. I have monocular vision due to Lasik (one eye for reading, one for distance). No problem with distance vision. I’ve known several people, including one pilot (!) with only one eye. No bumping into walls there. The guys full of it up to his eyeball(s). The attorney wouldn’t take the case because they know he’s a fraud.
Just because you get a bad outcome from a medical procedure doesn’t mean it’s malpractice. If you look at the definition of malpractice you’ll see a pretty high standard of proof of negligence. Most cases can’t meet it. Anytime a skilled medical professional agrees to take you as a patient, he/she is assuming a lot of responsiblity and risk. Procedures on human bodies aren’t like changing a tire where there are no variables. Sometimes _hit happens and nobody is at fault.
First of all the particulars about my case were never addressed. 1 I WOKE UP during my first surgery flailong my arms around and feeling the pain in my eye till they put me under AGAIN. 2 First two operations the Doctor NEVER told me to discontinue PLAVIX afew days before the operation (Plavix makes you bleed alot more when you are cut) The second doctor who handled my second two operations asked me to discontinue Plavix. The first doctor who examined me after the retina detached after the first operation made the statement that too much blood in the eye possibly caused the retina to detach ( Of course I didnt have a tape recorder on) When you loose sight in one eye, depth perception is all but gone, no periferral on that side too. I was in Best Buy the other day and got a basket to wheel around the store. Twice is misjudged displays and bumped into them! Even pouring milk into a glass causes spills. Put on an eye patch and walk in my shoes damnit This surgery brags a 90-95% success rate Look it up if you do not believe me. I have insurance that will not allow a second opinion. I want to go to NYC or LA and get a top notch Doctor to at least look at me and listen to my story. That is not happening as of yet I also notice Plavix commercials say to notify your doctor you are taking Plavix before any surgery. These commercials did not exist in 07 when I first started taking it.I wrote down that I was taking Plavix on each hospital admitting form before each operation. Plavix is basically a new drug so maybe they are the problem in my case. Try to get a drug company to admitt blame just try. I will be dead and buried before that happens-if my thoughts are correct. Richard Krikalo Ps This article on me is NOT just about me. Everyone who has surgery, goes to a hospital or sees a doctor is affected by this LAW that protects insurance companies and keeps doctors premiums low.The State of Nevada recently paid MILLIONS of dollars to ILLEGAL aliens involved in a car crash, AND LVMPD is paying $350,000 to a Jewish undercover officer who was NOT allowed to wear his skull cap (yamuke) at work. THESE are frivolis LAWSUITS!!!!!
CALL the Nevada Lawyers Referral service and ASK for a referral to a MALPRACTICE attorney GUESS WHAT!!! THERE Arent any This law has chased them ALL away After 58 years of seeing all of a sudden no sight Buy an eyepatch for $1.89 at Walmart, put it on for one whole day and GET BACK TO ME I will be waiting The article did NOT say I bump into walls Walls are just fine.
