this should be an optional coverage and not a mandated coverage that can be rejected. basically, are we not doing the same thing? here’s the issue: apparently they want to make sure that the hospitals are paid in a timely manner. hospital is not going to lose money. what happens if i don’t have it because i rejected it? then again, they don’t get money from me for my protection. at least i have the liability coverage for the other person. this rule or proposal needs to find the circle file.
