I lived in Florida North of Tampa from 2003-2014. Tampa was ripe with “pain clinics” and store front doctors office (usually retired MD’s) and their parking lots contained cars from Tenn, Ohio, Ky, etc. I wrote a letter in 2011 to my State Representative who was going to vote against a law mandating a data base to track prescription pain killing drugs. Everyone knew it was a game.
