I hate the way this headline reads like an authorized agent was able to keep money without providing coverage. Its like a Fox News story. This instills fear in consumers and makes agents appear to have the ability to get away with things they cannot. Authorized agents do not “Pocket” money for nothing and if they do, they are punished. Are we attempting to inform the public or are we on the “ratings game” race here?
