I do NOT agree with this law….It’s very dangerous, How can you allow people to shoot guns off in a neighborhood where there are people living????? I am not against guns, I think they should be shot at a gun range… I sit here and I hear guns going off alot, and alot of them sound like cannons… What’s up with this law????? I think this law should be changed for the safety of our children and adults the same….This is just an accident waiting to happen!!!!!!! Go to a dam gun range and shoot if you want to shoot!!!!!!!!
After retiring from law enforcement, having served in the military, I find it totally amazing that there is a Fl. Statute that allows home owner shooting ranges in a subdivision.
Does no one in this state care about the veterans that live within 300 yards of these thing.
You can now buy exploding targets and as you shoot they explode to triples the sound. I will guarantee you that most any person who has served their country especially during war time does not think this is funny. When you can fire a 50cal gun into an exploding target within 100-300 yards from another’s residences and expect the people to have any quality of life, you are crazy.
This type of situation needs to be revisited and it needs to happen now.
I live in harford county Maryland, I’m dealing with the same situation, I’m trying to fight for a new law too, they can shoot right next to where a child is playing!! It’s so loud here I’m forced out of my home! They do this for 10-12 hours a day there is no quality of life anymore and there is nothing we can do about it! This is insane
