Got to love the Nanny state that our country is becoming, one stupid law at a time. Just curious as a layman how can a urine test predict that someone will sell the drugs on the street, I knew that they could find out significant things but this is really interesting. If they can determine a person is likely to sell the substance, a criminal act by the way, then maybe we could start testing everyone and incarcerate all potential criminals via a urine test! This will be great as we will no longer have any crime victims as the urine screen will clear out the potential criminals at birth!
