How optimistic to see the earnings report for the Scameras. I haven’t seen the cost for installation, upkeep, nor the loss in revenue for the the merchants in the towns being boycotted because they have the Scameras. I, myself; drive around the outskirts of town to avoid them. There is increased traffic on side streets that were not intended for the additional traffic. I have seen so very many posts of people that will not shop in Jonesborough because of the cameras. How do you measure that? Let’s check our measuring stick!

Do you seriously think Jonesborough is going to remove the cameras because a few people will not shop there? Get a grip!

I find it incredulous that cities will revert to just about anything to make an extra dime to compensate for their mis-management and inability to operate within a budget. The message is “bend over citizens, here it comes again”. It’s easier to suck more money from the working class than it is to plug the leaks in the bloated spending practices isn’t it?
