well, even if the driver had one one, does not necessarily mean he would have had control of the vehicle and prevented the bus from going over the edge. it could have or could not have. but who was at-fault for the accident? they should be the one to file suit against. whether or not the sign should have been there, how many states require all drivers – again all drivers to wear a seatbelt? it does not matter what type of vehicle, even the 18 wheelers have to wear them. makes you wonder if the lawyers are just trying to get more money into their pockets instead of restitution for the loss of life from those at-fault.
