Alabama should bring their claim to Fienberg first. If they can demonstrate and prove their loss, I see no reason why the fund will not repond. But if their claim is all a bunch of guesstimates, that can’t cut it. Why doesn’t the Alabama Supt of Ins put the claim togther? That would be his /her job no?
