Smoking is a choice…maybe not a smart choice, but a choice none the less. You don’t have to purchase them. I am so sick of people whining about the tobacco companies and how they are responsible for other people’s bad choices. Give me a break! How long ago did they “hide” the proof of the addictive qualities?? We all know now, right? Smoke or don’t…I don’t care one way or the other, but seriously, stop blaming others for your own weakness. No one forced you to smoke the first cigarette.

so, um…um… so increase of alcohal content is not an increase of addictivness? um..um.. last i heard that even alcohal affects your driving or motor skills… um..um.. so that does not affect your either?

it does not matter, either is a choice we make and a choice we need to start living with. if i owned a cigarette company, i’d be getting advertising on NASCAR and over the TV. REASON: freedom of speech. we see the ads for anti-smoking, why can they continue and i can’t. granted i don’t smoke, but it’s a business that the government needs to get it’s hand out trying to reregulate it. it needs to start accepting that folks made bad choices. apparently we all are fearing that because congress is making bad choices by allowing all this money for bailout – our taxpayer dollars. how many of you will be paying taxes next year?

is the fact that people continue start smoking even now. After all the research, and all the anti-smoking advertising. People still go out and grab a pack for the first time and start puffing away.

From what I’m told by many smokers is that the first time they tried smoking they coughed their lungs out for the first few days, and that with the first couple of puffs it’d made them feel like they wanted to throw up… These feelings made them wish to continue?
