This 20 year old single mother who torched a car worth $30,000 gets the same sentence as Ricky Scruggs, that old piece of crap attorney from Mississippi who defrauded insurance companies out of hundreds of millions of dollars and made a mockery of the legal system by lying, cheating, and bribing. This is “justice”? It’s no wonder the statue of the lady holding the “scales of justice” is blindfolded……….she’d vomit if she saw what goes on with our courts.
they give her a 5 year sentence where she won’t see her kid over that while they let continuous drunk driver offenders out over and over with 2+ convictions? SERIOUSLY? oh wait…i have an answer…ITS BECAUSE THE JAILS FOR MEN ARE FULL AND THE ONES FOR WOMEN AREN’T!!! GET REAL!!!
it does seem to be a rather excessive sentence . However, she is a typical piece of crap *****, two kids, two different fathers, more to come I’m sure. Perhaps this jail sentence will stave off some more welfare mouths for awhile. Of course, she cared more about her being “dissed” than she does about her kids or she would have thought twice about torching a car, don’t you think?
