    i don’t blame the govenor. any building going up needs to have safety features, we can’t just bypass them because it is church property. if someone got hurt the state and the church would be sued.

    And both the state and the church would deserve to get sued. You can bet that there would not be a big sign at the entrance where parents would drop off their kids stating that the school building had been exempted from building codes!

    Smart move Governor Bredesen.
