As a former resident of Georgia, I was always amazed at the number of young, relatively inexperienced drivers, who push or exceed the speed limit, swerve in and out of traffic, and supposedly believe that they can “out-drive” every other motorists, even the NASCAR boys at Daytona or Darlington Raceways. How can this guy be struck on the side of his vehicle, spin out, and not know that a serious accident occurred, and park at a hotel? Was he drunk/high??? Kid better get an atty who can tell better lies. The sad part about this is that the at-fault driver is likely to have minimum limits, so facts may have to implicate the limo. company to have some contrib. negligence, so that the claimants can get to the big limits policy. Either that or the UM/UIM carrier better learn how to say “policy limits”.
