The Greek system is becoming a “dated” albatross in modern society. People should attend an institution of higher learning to get an education, not become a member of some self-righteous, exclusive “house”. Seems these geniuses forgot to take care of the basic business of maintenance and insurance. I guess apartments or dorms are beneath them.

Sounds like a GDI if I ever heard one. While some fraternities are full of bone heads, other do actual good. Our fraternity headed the American Red Cross Blood Drive every year and also helped out handing food at food banks. I guess if that is being “self-righteous” we’re guilty as charged.

i agree dustin. in my opinion that’s such a stereotypical view of the greek system, usually made by an ignorant non-greek who just has the animal house/legally blonde perception of a fraternity or sorority.
