How can PIP be “extended” when as of October 1st it officially sunseted? Seems to me that in order to revive PIP an entirely new law needs to be passed.
PS – I agree with PIP Adj. Regardless of what happens, lets just get this over with. Does the state have any idea how expensive thier foolishness is to the companies that are trying to be in complience with a state that has no idea what it is doing?
your posts point up what is seriously wrong with your state in particular and our country in general. bad people win when good people give up. if you had simply spoken out as a loud voice to be heard maybe the idiot politicians would think twice before reinstating your pip. you all just gave up and told the politicians to do something, even if it is wrong, and they are doing just that. remember, for evil to succeed, all it takes is for good people to do nothing.

No, these are different clowns. The 2000 clowns have been term-limited out of office.
Unfortunately, that means that the current clowns don’t have the experience to deal with complicated issues like insurance reform.
