you want real justice from the courts? go to judge roy pearson in ny. he sued a dry cleaners for $67 million dollars for a pair of lost pants. attorneys like scruggs shop judges until they find one sympathetic to their cause. there are appeal courts, but even then, you get courts like the san francisco 9th circuit court of appeals(45 percent of their decisions overturned). your mind is so filled with hate your judgement is impaired. but i know you will have a hate-filled response anyway. state farm did what they thought was correct and paid the price. now they cannot win. they are legally right in their interpretation of the contract but morally wrong in the eyes of our hate filled society. the state where all this is louisiana, the most corrupt state in the uninon(3 former insurance commissioners in federal prison for corruption). so how can anyone expect to get justice there?

Poor Paul: It is obvious that you have not a clue. The state where all of this is occuring is MISSISSIPPI, where George Dale has been insurance commissioner for over 30 years. The dry cleaner case on the east coast was lost by the attorney claiming damages. Finally Judge Senter, the judge who has ruled on the Katrina claims, is from Aberdeen, Mississippi, over 300 miles north of the coast. He has never been accused of impropriety. You have an apologist agensda so I understand your eyes shall stay closed to the truth.

Joe, I will again pose this question to you in hopes of getting a response. I enter into a contract with you for $1M dollars. There are five parameters that have to be met. Parameter #4 says I can’t obtain assistance from anyone. I complete the task and you find out I did in fact complete #4 with assistance. WOULD YOU PAY ME MY $1M dollars? and you can’t say anything about the courts. Courts have a long history of changing their minds.

Again your premise is false and asks a reasonable prudent person to ignore the facts of the matter. When you frame a question with false parameters, it cannot be honestly answered. Your entire premise is that your beloved State Farm has been proven to be in bad faith in ther claims handling and you ask that his be ignored and continue to try to defend bad faith practices.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and both sides refused to specify how many policyholders could participate in the settlement. Boy this sounds just like State Farm.

A contract is a contract, is a contract, etc.
A contract is a contract, is a contract, etc.
Please do tell me what this means?

Give it up. Anyone who has read this site for more than a day or two knows you don’t argue with Adjusterjoe about State Farm. His hate for them is boundless. He drools with anticipation of sticking the knife in them if their name comes up. He knows more about them than anyone and has all the juicy inside information. I couldn’t care less about them Joe. It’s just that your constant whining about all the evil they do is really gotten old. You are the one that needs medication. Your hate is burning you up. It’s really sick and you need help.
