from the real Jewel, which is me. I posted this comment on another thread:

The real Jewel wouldn\’t spell \”advise\” that way. So, I guess someone else posted that comment.

Maybe someday they will pick their own name to post under…\”

Maybe you are \”blaire witch\” posting under yet another name? If not, then fyi, I didn\’t post that comment. Thank you

I didn\’t post that comment DWT. I am not easily offended.

That is why I find it funny someone is posting all over this board as me. So, while it looks like I am posting all day, it is my doppelganger.

So, please keep that in mind. I push the limits but I refuse to be so malicious. If you read a nasty comment (or vulgar) it is not from me.

Except for the fact that the real Jewel knows how to spell.

Are you going to get bored imitating her all day and night? Are you going to post as her all day tomorrow?

You need to go get a job. Or a hobby.

Re: MOVE…not everyone in FL owns million dollar homes and condos on the beach. How would feel if you were forced to move from your home that you love because your income is not going up as fast as your expenses?

Perhaps you have room for everyone in your home. Then if they did start moving in droves to your state you would people would be the NIMBY\’s. We do need a national catastrophe plan for the coastal states. A plan in which the states that suffer catastrophic hurricanes can contribute to offset the claims. Florida might be hard hit one year, Texas or a NE state another. The states at risk would be the only ones to contribute to the plan and all you whiners from Ohio and in the midwest would not even be involved.

good point Linda…..the Ohio and Midwest could stop their whinning until an earthquake levels them then the National Catastrophic plan won\’t seem to be to them then.
Let it apply only to the coastal states and maybe all the people could stop moving to Florida so we can drive and actually see the beach. Well, on those rare occasions when the working class isn\’t working to keep what little assets we have.

Amen Fred. Florida is too over developed. We need to put up a \”closed for new building\” in Fl. Unfortunately that will never happen. I read or heard somewhere that by 2010 that they predict that another 4 million people will be moving to Florida. How many of that number will be illegal aliens it did not say.

the poor spelling only annoys me when someone tells someone else they can\’t spell (you know, hypocrites). Or when the spelling and grammar are so abundant that I can\’t understand the poster\’s point.

*I apologize in advance for when my doppelganger (someone is posting under my name) comes in and is extremely crass and rude to you.

Why would anyone want to move to Florida: Hot unbearable weather?
    Hurricanes followed by tornados?
    Overpriced property values and taxes?
The fact that you need to speak two languages to get by?
    Traffic?

    Need I say more.

I personally do not know anyone under the age of 60 wanting to move there. In fact, I know of several people trying to get out. Also, most of the people I know who want to go to warm vacation destinations head down to the islands.
