I totally believe in free enterprise. the contracts should speak for themselves, but we live in a society where attorney\’s help draw up contracts which make it very difficult for the public to understand. State Farm employ\’s a lot of attorneys. the average person does not have an attorney on retainer to review each of thier policies. State Farm could not prove the cause of loss so they loose….get over it and quit crying over it
Lawyers are needed to write the contracts because, as we see, most people no nothing about grammer or syntax. What they say is not what they actually mean. You can\’t write a contract that way either.
