They lost Univeral Ins of NA due to poor customer service. All their reps know nothing about insurance and all they do is ***** about the low pay from Mc Neill and that management lets them leave at 4:45 to beat traffic
What agent would give a crappy company high grades is beyond me.

Many FL takeout companies use them for servicing and until that time, I have never seen so many lost apps and checks. What does a bad MGA look like?

You would think if you are going to complain about someone you would take the time to spell your complaints properly. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

Must be sour grapes. I am not an agent (but was), but in the insurance field; my view from the sideline is that they might not be perfect, but must be doing something right for the majority of agents if an association of independent agents votes for and awards this MGA above all others!

A good MGA is one that the agents don\’t even REALIZE is an MGA. We\’ve been using an MGA for ten years, and many agents STILL don\’t realize they aren\’t talking to the company when they call.
