When will the clients start taking personal responsibility? If you choose to live in a flood prone area, buck up and buy the flood insurance. I don\’t choose to live in a city below sea level. Quit blaming the insurance company. I think Bob said it best – they are insuring a Chevy and want a payout for a Rolls…

Was rear-ended at a traffic light by a 16 year old driver who had state farm insurance. Hit me so hard it bent the frame of my truck and totaled her car out. State Farm refuses to get my truck fixed and pay for my medical until the girl and her parents contact them. They claim they are to busy with school activities to return state farms phone calls and state farm accepts this as an excuse. I made 7 calls to state farms 800 number, called the girls agent twice and the last call I made was to my attorney.

I LIVE IN LAKE CHARLES LOUISIANA. I HAVE PERSONALLY WITNESSED STATE FARM AT ITS JOB AND CAN PERSONALLY TELL YOU THAT THEY INDEED DO SUCK. MY SON WAS REARENDED BY A STATE FARM DRIVER RECENTLY AND STATE FARM REFUSED TO EVEN PAY HIM THE BLUE BOOK OF HIS CAR, REFUSED TO PAY MEDICAL BILLS, REFUSED TO PAY MORE THAN 5 DAYS FOR A CAR RENTAL ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEIR DRIVER WAS 100% AT FAULT. STATE FARM HAS NOW TAKEN HIS CAR AND SOLD IT TO AN AUCTION PLACE AND THE CURRENT BID ON HIS CAR IS $4,200.00. THE PROBLEM IS, WE NEVER TOLD THEM THEY COULD TOW IT ANYWHERE, WE STILL HOLD THE TITLE, WE DIDNT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO HAVE OUR OWN PERSON DO AN ESTIMATE ON IT! THE LOUISIANA STATE POLICE ARE NOW INVOLVED AND INDEED THEY TOOK A FULL REPORT BECAUSE IT IS NOW A STOLEN CAR. YES, STATE FARM ACTUALLY STOLE MY CHILDS CAR!!!!!!!!!! I DEMANDED THE CAR BACK FROM THEM AND THEY SWORE IT HAD BEEN CRUSHED AND SAID WE SIGNED THE TITLE OVER. UH, NO WE DIDNT AND AFTER THE POLICE ASKED THEM TO SHOW THEM THE TITLE, THEY SAID, OH, WE HAVE HAD A MIX UP!!! HELL YES THEY ARE MIXED UP. ABSOLUTE CROOKS JUST LIKE THE THINGS THEY DID TO MOST HOME OWNER HERE THAT UNFORTUNATELY WERE INSURED WITH THEM. NOW FOR THE IGNORANT ONE WHO WROTE THEY CHOOSE TO LIVE IN LOUISIANA.. GET A LIFE MORON, IF THE JOBS ARE HERE AND YOU CANT GET ONE ELSEWHERE, THERE ISNT MUCH OF A CHOICE. STATE FARM HOWEVER CHOOSES TO SELL POLICIES THAT STATE ONE THING AND THEY NEVER EVER PAY OUT WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE SUPPOSE TO. THERE ARE MORE CLASS ACTION SUITS AGAINST THIS ENTITY THAN EVER BEFORE AND ENRON HAD NOTHING ON THIS REGIME SO BUCK UP AND GET READY BABY, YOUR TURN IS COMING AND I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER YOUR SHALLOW WORDS.. THEY WANT TO BE PAID FOR A ROLLS??? SWEETIE, MOST PEOPLE THAT LOST EVERYTHING JUST WANT A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE. I AM A NURSE AND MY HUSBAND IS AN ENG IN A PLANT. BOTH OF US DO WELL BUT WHEN RITA TOOK OUT HOME, MY ACTUALLY HAD TO LIVE IN A STORAGE BUILDING FOR 3 MONTHS. A HURRICANE LIKE KATRINA AND RITA IS WHAT YOU CALL AN EQUILIZER. LAWYERM DR, POOR PERSON WITH NO JOB.. DIDNT MATTER, WE ALL WERE HOMELESS SO UNTIL YOU LIVE IT, SHUT YOUR FREAKING MOUTH AND WALK A MILE IN OUT SHOES. HAVE A GREAT DAY AND I DO HOPE YOU CAN SOMEDAY WALK A MILE IN OUR SHOES. BACK AT YA BABE. YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN STATE FARM!.

They are giving me major problems. But email Ed Rust. He won’t reply but he will get it. I promise. They will let you know that much. His email at Corporate is ed.rust.atei@statefarm.com

They are involved in extreme bad faith in the Atlanta area, mainly an adjuster named Vanessa Ennis. Her boss made her write one apology letter and removed her from the claim. But she did not stop even at that. It’s not over.

I work for an insurance company handling claims. I think it is horrible how these claims have been handled. It is talked about in my office and throughout my company country wide about letting this be a lesson of how not to handle claims and how not to treat people. I feel so bad for everyone involved in this. It gives all insurance companies a bad name – like you said, you think all insurance companies could teach the mafia something. It truly makes me sad. The day my company ever asks me to do something like this is the day I quit.

Sends medical records to neighbors, inspects the wrong car and denies the claim and has to reopen it, uses the sham peer review co. in Atlanta / Marietta International Health Consultants to deny and delay – the doc is not even Board Certified, plays games with confusing messages, letters, certified mail, refuses to answer why they mail denials to opposing counsel without an investigation – their own attorney (hired by them) told me he did not investigate and / or report to the adjuster from some SIU dept. who mailed the letter – AWFUL human beings. Unethical.

I can’t even tell you how angry I am that state farm came up with excuse after excuse to not pay on a theft and vadalism claim in which EVERYTHING in my house was taken or destroyed. They are telling me that since my dad died a year earlier that it was MY FAULT for not removing his personal items from the house. EXCUSE ME – I AM STILL IN FRIGGIN MORNING OVER HIM!!!!!

i have had state farm for over twenty years, so was always happy with them til about six months ago. my father passed away unexpectedly and my mother asked me if i wanted his pickup i said yes and the fun began. my parents and i have had the same agent for years and suddenly we were given to a new agent. i called them after the truck was signed over to me and told them to transfer the truck to my policy and to take it off my mothers policy. instead they added my deceased father to my policy called them and said this is wrong they said we will fix it no problem. they just made it worse they then combined my mothers policy and mine and started to get my mothers policy information at my address i and my mother went to the agents office twice to fix it still could not get it right. at this point state farm has lost my trust and faith forever.
