When the annual premium was due in Dec, I faxed my agent a letter telling him deduct thie premium by bank draft, the same way I pay for the Homeowners.
I assumed this was being done. During this time my Dad passed away out of the blue and I was in a state of depression.
When I called to make the claim I was told that I did not have food ins.
I said, What? Why would I cancel my flood when I live on the Bayou? He said, you did not cancel, you just did not pay.
I can get a lawyer to prove phone records and I have proof of the fax.
Then the Adjuster told me I had all water damage.
I do have a video.
I am holding it as a bomb.
I am going to seek revenge for the way they treated me, in the time that I needed them. The only time too.

When the annual premium was due in Dec, I faxed my agent a letter telling him deduct thie premium by bank draft, the same way I pay for the Homeowners.
I assumed this was being done. During this time my Dad passed away out of the blue and I was in a state of depression.
When I called to make the claim I was told that I did not have food ins.
I said, What? Why would I cancel my flood when I live on the Bayou? He said, you did not cancel, you just did not pay.
I can get a lawyer to prove phone records and I have proof of the fax.
Then the Adjuster told me I had all water damage.
I do have a video.
I am holding it as a bomb.
I am going to seek revenge for the way they treated me, in the time that I needed them. The only time too.
We are called Clients. lol
