West Virginia’s Workers’ Compensation Commission recently filed
injunctions against two state employers whose accounts with the Commission are reportedly in default.
Injunctions were filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against the following:
• Uphold Excavating Inc., a Monongalia County excavation business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $16,155.41; and
• Ricky A. Ours, dba Rick Ours Trucking/Okie Dokie Transport, a Hardy County trucking business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $17,753.58.
