yes! i am also waiting for citinzen insurance to come thru.i ‘been waiting for over a month because the first group of adjuster never summited my claim them 3 weeks later they send me another adjuster and now i going thru the 6 weeks and they have the audacity to send me a renewal with $700 increase for this year.
