I was insured by Superior Insurance Company under policy number: 451114815. Policy period:11/24/2002 TO 11/24/2003 12:01 AM

On Aug 7 2003, I had an accident that falls under the UNINSURED MOTORIST coverage. I had a claim filed with a major attorney in my area (KALFUS AND NACHMAN ATTTORNEY BLAIR SMIRCINA). Upon a six month investigation, it was determined that because my insurance carrier is in receivership in Florida, no claim could be made for payment.
I was told to seek recovery via the world wide web for recovery under Florida Law for Uninsured Motorist. I was told I had the authority to seek this on my own since I am the victim. Please help me, I have pictures and medical documents to support this. I have sustained permanent injury to my right eye which i almost lost due to this accident. I am seeking $500,000 as a result of all I have endured.
My numbers are 757.410.3231 or 757.619.4806 at address: 1648 Plantation Woods Way, Chesapeake, Va 23320.

    Thanking you in advance,
    Gilda Pankey
