This sounds like a bunch of made up bull. If your charge is correct then this person should have made much much more than a little more than $2,000 – why would he put his family, career and future on the line for such a small amount of money – I think these charges need more proof before ruining someone’s life. Also – it would take a genious and more than one person to pull off something this big – I think you need to look elsewhere.

He was indicted on these charges this month (September) in the Burke County, Georgia court forum. There is your proof.

    An indictment means notbing.
You can indict a ham sandwich in Georgia.
There are a lot of innocent people serving time in Georgia for trumped up charges because somebody who gave political contributions to John Oxendine or others wanted someone out of the way.

I have worked as an admin asst for 2+ years in 2 separate offices. I now work for a wonderful, ethical, decent agent. The first experience I had was one of the most non-compliant agent you could ever imagine in Hoschton, GA. He sells health and life and services no one and nothing but himself. When he sees a potential client he first determins their net worth before ever giving them the time of day. He literally drools at the thought of getting their money invested in anything that can get him commission and has no regard for their existance as a human being. It is sickening and I am sure he in not alone. I will not be satisfied that I have done my part in helping potential victims until he looses his license. I am only sad that I cannot give his business name.
