I, too, was scamed to he tune of $10,000 and was given the opportunity to discuss the agent that sold the trash at a hearing here in Ocala, FL last year. No finding against the agent or 21ST CSC. The facts were that about 20+ investors are now creditors and the hearing stated bad judgment; relative to the sales agent.
So far my correspondance has found the bankruptcy judge centered on liquidation, no replies from the Trustee assigned to liquidation, or the Attorney for the Creditor’s Committee. Attorney for payments to creditors ;from 21ST CSC states he has been sued, Florida SEC has a $6 million + judgment, no body wants to correspond on this situation with tghe creditors. The satelitte parts of the company has been sold..And about 200+ creditors lost thier shirt.
