As a Texan I ashamed of the greedy money grabbing Attorney General. Texas no more got injured than Oklahoma. My guesstiamte is probably 35% of the claimants have no claim just trying to get some money. I have seen some these so called injured business operations. This oil spill saved the economy of the Gulf States after the housing collapse plain and simple at the expense of BP.
Granted there are sloppy operators driven by the same greed and they should be shut down and all their corporate and individual assets auctioned and placed in trust. That would make future corner cutters think twice. adjuster/fisherman/diver/rancher
