how can the judge be so blind to be fair, if only $40@? who winds up with more is the lawyers – again who wins! LAWYERS! all that money they would have gotten and only a pence for those they went to court with… what if we had that money and used it for the greater good? what if we had a court system that showed that care of the people instead of lining the pockets of lawyers… this just goes to show that the judge and the lawyers are living in the same pocket… now, can we move along and find the other frivilous suits and get them out of our bogged court system?
