Any holder of a state’s insurance regulator’s office has more opportunities for self enrichment than any other state officer. That’s precisely why these otherwise useless parasite politicians try so hard to get it. Just look at what’s happening in Delaware. No insurer can get any business done in any state without first paying off the commissioner. I thought everyone knew that.
