If this person gets a minimum of 10 months jail time up to 30 months for mis-use of company money, then what about Bush and Obama’s mis-use of our “companies” money for CEO’s, big bonuses and free trips? So this guy gets 30 months for less than $30,000, I guess Bush and Obama should get life without parole! Oh wait, they are protected because…..why, I forgot why they are protected and this guy gets jail time. Something is not right in this country, seriously not right!!

You should know by now, the bigger crook you are, the less time you serve & smaller penalties, if any at all.

What this guy did was wrong and there should be consequences. How can we get the ones in the Administration prosecuted for their misdeeds? How about the wonderful guys at the SEC who were downloading porn 8 hours a day while they were supposed to be the watchdog for the Financial sector? They probably won’t even get a slap on the wrists. Our society is without morals or values and all about corruption, money.
