Unfortunately as long as AARP is the largest lobby group in Washington, it will be a battle to get laws changed requiring more stricter and more frequent testing of the over 65’s. Not all need to be removed from the road but probably a great percentage do. They are more concerned about their rights that the safety of the general public.
No drivers over 65 sounds great to me! I’m almost there and Obamacare will provide a driver for me, reduce unemployment and all that, right. Or do I have to sit in the rocker after 65 and wait for my children to come by and take me to the store, Church, euthanasia counseling or whatever. Back to Woodstock and let you young ones pay the taxes! But I ramble like an old person.
